You need to be the first customer when we open. We recommend arriving a few minutes early as the Daily Drop is given to whoever walks through the door first after opening time.

Yes! You can win the daily free burger multiple times throughout the month, and each win gives you another entry into the monthly cash prize draw. The more times you’re first through the door, the better your chances.

Unfortunately, posting to social media with the hashtag #PHATDailyDrop is required to qualify for the monthly cash prize. You’ll still get your free burger on the day, but without the social media post, your collectible card won’t be entered into the monthly draw.

At the end of each month, we randomly select one winner from all verified social media entries across all our stores. The more entries you have (from multiple daily wins), the better your chances of being selected.

The Daily Drop includes one of our classic beef burgers. Sides, drinks, and upgrades are not included in the daily giveaway, but you’re welcome to purchase additional items at the same time.

You must be 16 or older to participate in the Daily Drop campaign. Winners under 18 will need parental consent to claim the monthly cash prize if selected.
